A Star for Love and Gratitude
Shining Star This star is dedicated to the people listed below. It's radiance signifies love and gratitude to these people who light the way for others and continue to do great work in assisting those who are seeking or in need, and to those who have brightened my life.

Much Peace, Love, Light and Thanks to You All!

This is a personal "Thank You" to some of the people who have influenced, inspired and/or affected my life in some way. Some of these people are personal friends, some I have met in person, some over the internet, and some I would like to meet, or maybe know better. You are ALL Shining Stars and I thank you for who you are and what you do.

In No Particular Order:

William Rand: The very first book I read on Reiki was William Rand's "Reiki: The Healing Touch". It provided the answers to many questions when I was first starting out, and is still one of the books I recommend to new practitioners.

Karyn Mitchell: Karyn's book. "Reiki: A Torch In Daylight" is one of my favorite books on Reiki, and one that I gathered a lot of info from. I have incorporated many of Karyn's philosophies and techniques into the way I practice and teach Reiki.

Jenny Anderson-Thomas: My first touch by Reiki hands was from Jenny, who also became my Teacher. The first time we met each other, we both knew she was MY Reiki Teacher. A ton of love and thanks Jenny! Jenny also works at the Elden Street Back & Neck Pain Center in Herndon, Va.

Remy: (Reiki 4 All): The very first Reiki site I came across some years ago was Remy's. He always had some great info and inspired me to start my first site.

The Distant Healing Network: I joined the DHN right after I was attuned to Level II, and I am still a member. You will not meet a more incredible, loving and giving organization of people than the DHN. I am honored to be associated with them!

Light and Adonia: Their's was one of the first Reiki sites I found some years ago. Just an amazing site with all the info you could possibly be looking for on Reiki. I have visted their site many times over the years.

Cindy Oriente: Cindy is a Reiki Master/Teacher in Phoenix, Arizona, and runs an organization called The World Healing Network, which sends love, prayer and healing energy to people all over the world as well as to the planet. I've always received positive and loving vibes from Cindy!

Rick Rivard: Rick's site The Reiki Threshold is one of my all-time favorite Reiki sites, and another one of the first in depth Reiki sites I found.

Mary Ruth Van Landingham: In addition to being a Reiki Master/Teacher, Ruth is the owner of Terra Christa, a Body, Mind and Spirit Resource Center in Vienna, Virginia, one of my favorite places to visit. The minute you walk in the front door you can feel the positive energies, and there is a definite "glow" about Ruth.

Eve Anderson: An incredible person who's energies can be felt even via email. Her site The Energy Centre has some extremely interesting and useful information, and she is indeed "special".

Suzy Rigby: A Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Aromatherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Certified Spiritual Counselor, who suddenly moved to Pennsylvania. (I'm totally bummed!) I can't say enough good things about Suzy. She's a personal friend, mega-talented, extremely intelligent and a true "Shining Star". She is absolutely without a doubt one of my all-time favorite people. Love ya, Suz! If you ever need me.......I'm there.

Sadie Jones: Who steered me in the right direction, that direction being Reiki. I am eternally grateful. Thank you Sadie......you are missed.

Ramtha & JZ Knight: At a dark time in my life many years ago I needed help, answers, direction and strength. I was somehow guided to Ramtha. It was a major turning point in my life. Many, many thanks to them for being there.

Nancy Waltz: Nancy is a fellow Reiki Master and a very gifted Psychic. Many years ago she did a reading for me that totally confirmed what I was supposed to be doing. I have always been impressed by you, Nancy, and I will always remember your words as I walked by and you looked up from the table; "That man is a healer". Thank you so much, Nancy!

Dot Braun: Dot has been a true friend for many years, and was there during my dark years. She is also my kid's Grandmother, and a very gifted artist. After a Reiki treatment one summer she had a vision, and put in on canvas. It now hangs in my living room. If you find yourself in Bethany Beach, Delaware........keep your eyes open for her paintings! Thank you for everything. I could never repay you for all that you've done, so I'll just say thank you, I love you, and will always be here for you.

Ed and Arien: My Son and Daughter. We went through some very tough times years ago. Their strength amazed me and their love comforted me while at the same time giving me strength. I love you both with every fiber of my being, and I would go through those tough times all over again without a second's hesitation, in order to have you both in my life. I have been truly blessed to have two such wonderful and amazing kids! (Yeah, I know you're not kids anymore.....but you will always be my "kids"). I'm proud of you both, and I can't tell you how much it means to me to know that you always loved and believed in me as much as I loved and believed in you. Thank you guys...........there are no words to describe how much I love you.........but you know.

Dick & Tara Sutphen: Around the same time I found Ramtha, I came across Dick Sutphen and his wife Tara. They also contributed to that major turning point,(in a big way), and I have been a "student" of their's for many years now. My Master of Life Manual is a bit weathered these days, but is one of the books that I cherish. Thank you Dick & Tara!

Eileen Smullen: A very special friend who I've known since 1963. Your radiance still shines on my heart after all these years. You are often in my thoughts and I will always be here for you.....anytime at all. Love you much!
